Admissions Process

Step 1: Contact Our Admissions Team
- Set up a time to chat with one of our Admissions Counselors—we’re here to walk you through enrollment options and answer any questions you have.

Step 2: Create an Academic Plan
- Partner with our Admissions and School Counselors to build the right academic path for your child—from course selection to choosing the learning model that fits them best.

Step 3: Complete Your Tuition Agreement
- Complete your tuition agreement to finalize your child’s academic plan details. Rolling enrollment allows students to begin learning throughout the school year.

Step 4: Begin Learning
- Once tuition is paid, students will be registered in our learning platform and invited to attend an orientation.
Enrollment Options
Catholic Virtual provides flexible enrollment options designed to meet students where they are academically and set them up for success. Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time enrollment, we have flexible options to fit your student’s needs.
Full-Time Enrollment
- Students are enrolled in 5 or more courses.
- Catholic Virtual is considered their school of record.
- Students are eligible to work toward a high school diploma from Catholic Virtual.
Part-Time Enrollment
- Students are enrolled in up to 4 courses.
- Students also attend another school or educational program to supplement for their remaining coursework.
- Students will receive a transcript showing completed coursework with Catholic Virtual.
Catholic Virtual offers a variety of learning models, with options for different levels of academic support—both with and without live instruction.

Tuition Options
Based on the enrollment and courses chosen, your advisor will determine your child's tuition. Payment plans are available.

ESA funds are available in some states to pay for all or part of your child's tuition. We are currently approved in Arizona, Arkansas, New Hampshire, and Utah.
