World Language Electives: Spanish and French*
Grades 5-8
Offered by popular demand! Two of the most widely studied world languages in the United States are Spanish and French. Broaden and enrich your students’ cultural understanding and future interests with a “lighter” language elective that gives them exposure to new places and experiences.
Two-day weekly model: Each course consists of two thematic units and one story-based unit for a total of 60 lessons over the course of the school year.
One-day weekly model: Students will work through two thematic units during the full school year.
Grade 5-8:
- Spanish A and B
- French A and B
